All about : 7 Day Cleansing Diet

A 7 day cleansing diet can be a good idea if you have overindulged over the holidays or vacations and you have to get back on track with a healthier diet and exercise program. Being super-focused on what you eat for a week gets you back to the mentality to do the right thing for your body at a time when not doing so well

When considering a cleansing diet you can think of the Master Cleanse diet or some other kind of fad diet that includes eating little or nothing during a 7 day cleanse. While this form of liquid diet or a diet of whole foods is a popular idea on what to clean, the truth is that you can make a clean 7 days a diet containing more food than you can imagine. It is important that you eat only certain types of foods for cleansing your body.
The idea behind a cleansing diet is that the body is attacked daily by toxic materials, be it from pollution, the food we eat or the plastic products we use in our homes every day. Proponents say that regular cleaning is important to give the agency additional time to rest, heal, and bring the toxins from the body to maintain optimal health.
Others say that detox diets are not really effective in removing toxins from the body, and that most of the bad things that come into contact with natural and easily excreted from the body, regardless of what we eat. But even these experts say, if it is a fast or detox diet helps you get refocused on the kinds of foods you should be eating is a good idea.
As mentioned earlier, there are several ways to reach a clear 7 days. Some people like to detox from drinking only fresh-squeezed fruit and / or vegetable juices and filtered water during the cleanse.
Others just cut processed foods and meats, or choose to eat only raw foods for a week. Such a diet is much more reasonable approach and perhaps equally effective because it still gives the body a break from the less healthy foods you regularly post to it.
If you want to try a cleansing diet, but not sure where to start, here are some ideas.

1. Cut all meat products, fish and dairy products. If you wish, you can also cut the tofu and other alternatives to meat and beans.

2. Do not eat any processed foods or simple carbohydrates.

3. Stick as closely as possible to the raw, organic fruits and vegetables as the main part of your diet. If you want juice, make sure it is fresh and not from a bottle.

4. If you feel like you've cooked something to eat, try brown rice. This is a healthy, fiber filled foods that will help you feel fuller, and organic varieties available.

5. The point of a cleansing diet is not hungry. Go ahead and eat when you're hungry, still stuck with the raw, unprocessed foods as you can.

6. When you come from the diet, did not go back immediately to consumption as before. Start with the gradual addition of most cooked foods. After a week or so going back to a more normal diet, you should be able to start eating more meat and processed foods again. But maybe you find you do not have the taste for them again after a week your healthy diet!
